  2. Trisha’s Own Recipe Crock Pot Crazy Pulled Pork
5 lb Boneless Pork Loin Roast
1 Jar Beanie’s Crazy Cranberry Sauce
    1/4 cup Orange Juice
    1 Large Sweet Onion
    Fajita Seasonings
    Pepper

For Meat: Slice Onion in thick slices and place in the bottom of the crock pot to cover the bottom. Trim fat from Pork Loin and make shallow slashes into the top of the meat with a sharp knife. Place Pork Loin on top of Onion slices. Pour Orange Juice slowly and evenly over top of the meat. Pour 2/3 jar of Beanie’s Crazy Cranberry Sauce slowly and evenly over top of meat(save the rest for the sauce). Sprinkle Fajita Seasonings and Pepper on meat, somewhat moderately but not too heavy. Place lid on crock pot and turn on HIGH for one hour. Then turn back heat to LOW and cook for 10-12 hours. DO NOT LIFT LID to peek, resist the urge! If you do this overnight, you won’t have that problem! When done or in the morning (I cooked mine overnight from 9:30 pm till 8:30 am), Carefully lift meat out onto large cutting board or platter. Chop, tear or pull apart meat into large bowl. Set aside. Discard onion and liquid left from cooking meat and wipe out bottom of the crock pot. You will need the crock pot for the rest of this recipe….

For Sauce: In medium size bowl, Mix together: 1/2 bottle (regular size) of Bullseye Brown Sugar and Hickory Smoked Barbecue Sauce; the remainder of the jar of the Beanie’s Crazy Cranberry Sauce; 2 tsp Plochman’s Yellow Mustard; 1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce and 1/4 cup water. Whisk all together till thoroughly mixed and pour over meat. Gently stir to mix well. Return meat to the crock pot, sprinkle meat lightly with Fajita seasonings and pepper, cover and cook on LOW for one hour. Serve on your favorite buns or rolls. Patience is the success of this recipe!! ENJOY!
